The YMCA Youth Basketball Program focuses on teaching basketball fundamentals and giving kids a fun, team-oriented experience led by supportive adult role models. Our league encourages skill development through practice and fosters social growth through teamwork. We are seeking energetic and committed volunteer coaches for our summer and fall basketball clinics. Contact our sports coordinator Andres at andres.jimenez@ymcasv.org for program details.
The YMCA Basketball Programs aims to provide children with a structured environment to develop basketball fundamentals, improve social skills through teamwork, and build self-confidence. Our goals include fostering a positive and supportive experience for all participants, ensuring consistent coach involvement, and creating opportunities for kids to grow both athletically and personally throughout the season.
